Return Conditions and How to Initiate a Return
Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. If more than 60 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] and provide details about the item and your order. We will guide you through the return process, including shipping instructions.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from returns.
These include:
- Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Sale items and gifts are also subject to specific return conditions.
Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
In case of late or missing refunds:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Please note:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
- Gift returns will be processed as store credit or a gift certificate if the item was marked as a gift during purchase.
If your refund includes return shipping costs, they will be deducted from the total refund amount.
